It has been quite some times since my last post update, tonight i am going to share with you one of the LEDs project that carried out by my customer a couple weeks ago at Bandar NongChik JB. The project took the whole team 3 nights continuously to complete. My 15m skylift has been deployed for the LEDs installation work. LEDs technology has been invented quite some decades ago, but it seems to be quite new to newbie like me. The LEDs circuit design are quite complicated but the night scene when the LEDs light up are realy amazing. Factory Building Cleaning at Ulu Choh Gelang Patah | 0173288378

Its Wednesday, really a hot hot afternoon. One of my customer rented my15m  skylift to do their factory cleaning work at Ulu Choh Gelang Patah Johor Bahru. Just like normal the workers wear their  full PPE for the job, and i gave them a short training regarding the safe operation of skylift just before the work start. They brought their own water jet machine which made the cleaning work so much easy and fast.  Through my conversation with the workers, i got to know that previously they use staging frame to access height, but they were afraid using it because it 's too high and they don't want to put their life at risk. Thus, they decided to use skylift not only for safety reason but also want to get their job done faster. Eventually the job took them only 2 days to finish the cleaning of the factory. Fantastic.

Lighting Maintenance at Shell Station, Johor Bahru +60173288378

Good day. Today i am going to share the experience of lighting maintenance at Shell Petrol Station at Johor Bahru. My 15m skylift was rented by maintenance team to carry out lighting maintenance. As my conversation with them, previously they used to install the staging for their working at height activities. But installing the staging itself has taken up their 1 hour time and another one hour for dismantling. This definitely slow down the job and the workers already get exhausted before they carry out the actual repair work. Anyway this time by using skylift, their job efficiency has been improved a lot and it is very much worthy in the aspect of time, cost and safety. Also they are able to complete at least 5 stations maintenance work per day easily by using of skylift.The maintenance team seems to be very satisfied and enjoy working with the use of skylift.  I personally very much appreciate to their employer who really take care the safety of their employee.

Mural ini dilukis pada salah satu kedai dua tingkat di Taman Pelangi Indah, Johor Bahru. Kaedah yang digunakan oleh pelukis mural ialah kertas transfer. Kertas transfer juga dikenal sebagai kertas kopi atau karbon. In merupakan kertas yang tipis dengan pelapis pada salah satu sisinya.Tampalkan ini di antara gambar dan tembok. Lekatkan kertas karbon dengan plaster, ratakan bahagian mukanya. Pastikan semua permukaan dari gambar maupun karbonnya rata dan halus. Kini gambarnya akan ada di hadapan. Dengan sisi yang dilapisi pada kertas karbon menghadap ke tembok. Mulai ikuti outline gambar dengan pensil. Setelah mengikuti semua garis yang ada di gambar, singkirkan gambar dan kertas karbon. Lanjutkan dengan mengecat mural anda. Senang kan?

Installing Lamp Post Using 15m Skylift

Good day to all of my fellow blogger readers. Due to the rainy condition outside today, i have time to sit indoor in order to update some words of my blog. Today i am going to share with you the method of installing street lamp post using 15m skylift.
Firstly, park the skylift in such a way the rear side facing toward the lamp post. Prepare the foundation and lay the 3 segments of the lamp post on the ground. By using the hydraulic winch, lift the lower segment of lamp post onto the foundation and bolted it. Then pick up the middle segment and lift right up the lower segment and slot in. By using the hammer knock it to slide in and secured in position. This followed by the last segment with the same procedure. Finally, drop the cable into the lamp post chamber and install the lamp. Then let the electrician to do the final connection, simple job right?
