Even thought the factory not so height (two storey), but skylift usage still needed to ensure safety and job efficiency. Compared to traditionally used staging, half day have to be spent to erect the staging before the actual painting work could be carry out, and another half day gone to dismantle the staging and this haven't including the shifting of staging from one place to another. Pokok tersebut dikatakan mencecah ketinggian 20 meter di mana kayunya telahpun rapuh sehingga boleh membahayakan penghuni di tepi rumah tersebut. Pokok tersebut dipotong dari atas ke bawah dengan menggunakan mesin chainsaw dan tali. Pada penghujung kerja penebangan pokok, kayu-kayu itu dipotong kecil-kecil dan seterusnya dibawa pergi dengan menggunakan lori tong roro.
